Strong support as Tauranga claim place in semi-finals

Tauranga U14 boys went out in full-force today; both in the pool and in the stands. Joe Bensley led his team to an effortless win over the combined Harbour-Nui side 14 goals to 4.

Harbour-Nui's Billy Simpson was very impressive earning himself a hat-trick throughout the game. However Tauranga were just too strong, with 9 of their 12 players adding to the scoreline, and Charlie Wood top-scoring for the game with an outstanding 6 goals.

  1. Everyone knows that Nicole Taylor is the pinnacle of water polo journalism, but I must say, old J's heart went a bit a flutter when he first read this article. Who took these photos?! Brilliant photography, without a doubt, adding a sense of luster and fine ambiance to an already well written article. Suburb! Jeff with a "G" out!
