U18 Women: Harbour City no match for Waitakere

The Harbour City U18 women proved to be too strong, too fast and too accurate against the West Auckland side this afternoon at Dio, beating them 15-2.
Successful counter attacks and man-up performances saw the lower North Island team pull off a great accomplishment against Waitakere. The Harbour City goalie, Ella Brown, also showed great out-of-goal efforts today, retrieving multiple defensive recoveries and steals, leading her team's counter attacks. Waitakere Coach Barbara Ipacs said her team wasn't prepared enough for the tough game and they were simply outplayed.

Harbour City clinch the Left-Wing goal during their 6 on 5 attack. 

Leading the game in stats was Zephyr Herriot, Lilly Tomlins and Abbey Cartmell from Harbour City, each with 3 goals to their name.
