North Harbour started strongly, with Grace Tobin and Katie McKenty scoring one each. A. Williams scored one for AUS. First quarter score 1-2 in favour of North Harbour.
K. Holden scored a penalty for Australia early in the second to equalise. She then scored another 30 seconds later to claim the lead. S. Pontre put a tally next to her name in the last minute of the half to push the Aussies ahead to a two goal lead.
A goalless third quarter saw 4 exclusions and a time-out only. Score 4-2 heading into the final six minutes.

K. Holden scored another early in the fourth quarter to extend their lead to three. L. McGrechan slotted in other for the Australians to sink North Harbour's medal hopes with 4 minutes to play and four goals down. The momentum of the game wouldn't allow for that many goals in such a short space of time.
Emily Nicholson netted one for North Harbour with 3 minutes left on the clock. An exclusion from Australia's M. Williams led to no goal. 6-3 the final score in favour of the Australian Green team - congratulations on the bronze girls.
