NSW U16 Girls claim 5th over Tauranga

The NSW U16 Girls outplayed the Tauranga girls in this afternoon's 5th and 6th playoff. Their defensive recoveries in centre back and offensive opportunities earned them multiple 6 on 5 attacks and Penalty Shots which proved to outlast the strong shots from Tauranga's perimeter. Despite several steals and great goals from Tauranga's Centre Forward #2 Julia Kayes and Outside Shooter #3 Malia Josephson, NSW were able to prevail with a great team effort, with all seven goals coming from different players; 12, 9, 6, 3, 8, 10 and 5,
